I see that Stan Freberg (left), American comedy writer, comedian and sometime adman, has died aged 88. Freberg is a new/old one for me but he teamed up with another legendary US adman Howard Gossage to produce a number of genuinely funny campaigns.
Like this one for Sunsweet prunes (big biz in California).
Stan is the off screen interlocutor, apparently.
