IKEA launches ‘bookbook’ on a gadget-obsessed world

There was a resounding clunk on my doormat today as the new IKEA catalogue arrived.

I’m not really an IKEA fan although I can agree that their products are very useful for millions of people. And I did buy one of their frying pans that you can stick into the oven; very good it is too (although it doesn’t fit into the dishwasher).

Anyway, enough of my domestic travails.

Here’s a nice new ad from BBH Asia Pacific for the aforementioned new catalogue, taking the piss, gently, out of the ‘everything is digital’ new orthodoxy.

A ‘bookbook,’ now there’s an idea.
