Samsung celebrates surfing partnership with online blockbuster from 72andSunny Amsterdam

Surfing has a certain existential quality that plays well in ads (think Guinness) and Samsung has teamed up with the Association of Surfing Professionals (blimey, we’re all professionals these days – apart from hacks) ahead of the new US Open Surfing Competition that kicks off the ASP’s World Tour.

And 72andSunny Amsterdam has produced this powerful online film – ‘Every Day is Day One’ – to launch the process.

72andSunny Amsterdam ECD Carlo Cavallone says: “In surf as in technology, progress depends on continuous leaps of faith. Every Day Is Day One celebrates this common denominator. It is ASP and Samsung’s shared belief that no matter how experienced you are, there’s always a new challenge to take on.”

A touch hyperbolic perhaps (surfing also seems to do that to you) but a more than decent piece of work all the same. Of all the US agencies that have ventured into Europe recently 72andSunny’s Amsterdam outpost has possibly fared the best.
