Social media agency Bloom Worldwide (left), which is based in Brighton with an office in London, is merging with digital consultancy ralphs mcintosh+partners, with founder Mark Ralphs becoming managing director of the new entity, reporting to CEO Kate Cooper.
At the same tine fast-growing mobile agency Fetch, which numbers eBay and Hotels.com among its clients, opening a new office in Berlin’s Mitte technology district.
Bloom’s clients include Toyota and Butlin’s while rm+p’s clients include GSK and Legal & General. Ralphs says: “While I’m extremely proud of what Jasper McIntosh and I achieved at rm+p, the merger represents a great opportunity for me personally and is something which I believe our clients will also benefit greatly from, given Bloom’s broader service offering and expertise.”
At Fetch CEO and co-founder James Connelly says: “We remain a hugely ambitious company with global ambitions. This is our third operation in our network offering mobile media, strategy, creative and analytics that will complement what we do in London and San Francisco.
“We’re confident we will attract new clients to our unique network, and this launch will be swiftly followed by a further launch into the APAC market place.”
Its new Berlin office will be led by country manager Melina Ex and European business development director Heber Gonzales. Fetch claims to be the fastest-growing mobile agency in Europe.
