World Wildlife Fund uses Snapchat to highlight endangered animals’ ‘last selfies’

More ‘selfies’ (yesterday we had Fred & Farid for Avene in China), today it’s the turn of the World Wildlife Fund in a rather compelling campaign using Snapchat.

When the next selfie might be the very last of a whole species it does, indeed, make you think and, maybe, act. And using Snapchat’s five-second lifespan is a clever way of dramatising the issue.

The campaign’s a joint effort by the WWF in Denmark and Turkey from WPP agencies UNCLEGREY in Denmark and 41? 29! in Turkey, kicking off yesterday in Turkey and, they hope, spreading round the world via social media today.
