Wieden+Kennedy London has produced a new global campaign for Brown-Forman’s Finlandia vodka, featuring work by fashion photographer Pierre Winther.
The campaign, called ‘To The Life Less Ordinary,’ majors on outdoor and digital and positions Finlandia as a quirky choice; reflecting its blend of 6-row barley (originally used in American beer it says here), glacial water (it’s cold in Finland) and the mysterious effect of the midnight sun.
W+K ECD Tony Davidson says: “I like ideas that are rooted in a truth about the product. We wanted the work to remain Finnish, quirky and focused on nature; it’s called Finland-ia after all.”
