French execs Bordas and Pannaud move up the TBWA\Europe ladder

TBWA France president Nicolas Bordas (left) has moved up in the network, becoming vice -president TBWA\Europe and vice-president of Being Worldwide, the agency entity that houses the Dan (Digital Arts Network) digital agency and a number of non-advertising businesses such as branding and shopper marketing.

Bordas joined TBWA Group in 1994 and founded the BDDP Fils agency in 1998. He became president of TBWA\France in 2004. Bruno Tallent is president of Being Worldwide.

Bordas says: “Bruno Tallent’s leadership has made Being into the second largest entity in the TBWA\France group, working on brand consulting, design, advertising, and shopper marketing. I am looking forward to developing Being’s unique growth model internationally, and I am proud to announce that Being is today present in China, South Korea, and Qatar.” Being also includes what used to be Tequila and, which were merged last year.

Bordas is being replaced as president of TBWA\France by TBWA\Paris president Guillaume Pannaud.

Jean-Marie Dru, chairman of Omnicom-owned TBWA\Worldwide and one of the Ds in BDDP, says “I’m pleased to see some of France’s top executives recognized internationally. TBWA\France will continue to play a pre-eminent role on both the local and worldwide scene.”
