BETC unveils Diet Coke’s 30th anniversary hunk

BETC London has duly unveiled its new ‘hunk’ for Diet Coke’s 30th anniversary and it’s model Andrew Cooper as ‘The Gardener,’ no Alan Titchmarsh he.

There’s always a chance that these much-lauded campaigns can fail to rise to the challenge but BETC has tackled this with admirable brio, steering the naughty but nice line pretty skilfully (wet bits and all).

Mr Cooper, by the way, is married with two kids, lives in Cheshire and is the part-owner of pet store The Mutz Nutz in Notting Hill, London (only in Notting Hill).

The copywriter was Clive Pickering, the art director was BETC ECD Neil Dawson and the film was directed by Rocky Morton for MJZ.
