GE turns to robots to buff up corporate reputation

It’s quite unusual to see old-fashioned corporate advertising on TV these days but industrial (and everything else) giant GE, General Electric as it was and sometimes still is, has been ploughing the out-of-fashion furrow for a while.

These days most companies seem to prefer to try to burnish their reputations through social media and our old friend ‘reputation management.’

This is its latest effort from BBDO New York.

Very clever but what does the company actually do?
