Leo Burnett’s Foundry agency shows an enterprising attitude to recruitment

The Foundry is Leo Burnett London’s agency-within-an-agency that employs the company’s bright young sparks on real clients – including P&G (gulp).

But it seems to work and, so far, none of its clients seem to have departed. Is it possible that they prefer working with the young shavers rather than more experienced hands?

Anyway it’s now recruiting new Foundry members via its Facebook page. It’s nice to see an agency that seems to view recruitment as more than a way of harvesting underpaid (or non-paid) galley slaves.
