BETC London lays down awards marker with new babies campaign for Cow & Gate

There’s been a real shortage of British ads with award-winner stamped all over them this year, some undeniably clever ones (like AMV/BBDO’s Mercedes A-class launch) but nothing much that just works first time. Given that Cannes is the awards venue of choice these days, being light on language doesn’t hurt either.

This ‘feed their personalities’ campaign for Cow & Gate from BETC London is all of those things, with an ‘Aah’ factor to boot.

ECD is Neil Dawson, the copywriter Clive Pickering and the art director Paul Copeland. It was directed by Jim Field Smith for RSA (Jim evidently has the patience of Jove).
