Here’s a coup from Mother New York – a decent mobile phone ad (for Virgin Mobile)

You almost despair of ever seeing a good mobile phone ad but Mother New York has produced one for Virgin Mobile.

Whatever one thinks about the bearded one (currently starring on stage and screen in the saga of who runs Britain’s west coast railway from London to Manchester and Glasgow) Richard Branson and his minions certainly seem to know good advertising when they see it.

The reason it’s good is it shows how people think about their phones, it doesn’t waste time detailing lots of features. Lots of stuff for 35 bucks, seemple.
