Lexus finds top gear in new Saatchi Milan campaign

This is fun. ‘Hybrid’ cars are all about saving fuel as you potter about at low speeds aren’t they?

Not according to Saatchi & Saatchi Milan in this new ad for the Lexus GS hybrid which features some intrepid Italians (not wearing crash hats, how did they get away with that?) and their heart rates as a stunt driver Top Gears them around a racetrack. But it does have a ‘don’t try this at home’ health warning at the end.

There seems to be a trend towards boy racer-style car ads at the moment but this one goes into the lead.
