Despite the occasional brick thrown in its direction, McDonald’s is soldiering on with its social media strategy, launching a new website in Canada to answer questions from consumers (not all of them fans).
Quite brave of them to feature someone saying “it doesn’t look like meat,” which indeed it doesn’t.
You’ve got to sell the stuff too of course, and the same idea pops up here with some ‘global’ vox pops illustrating how McD ‘turns strangers into friends.’
Cunning huh? But quite clever all the same.
