Two years ago it won the Outdoor Grand Prix at Cannes for its Andes Beer ‘Teletransporter’ ad which provided absconding males with a booth to phone home from equipped with various soundtracks including an airport and a bad attack of the runs.
It actually made some of these, which it clearly likes doing. Recently it invented a musical microwave for industrial client BGH and now it’s combining its two interests again with this campaign featuring an ‘intelligent’ beer cooler for InBev’s Norte Beer.
The cooler, called the Norte Photoblocker, is armed with four flashes and four sensors that prevent anyone taking a picture of boys (or indeed girls) behaving badly on their nights out. They have already been installed in some bars in Northern Argentina.
