‘Super Mario’ Balotelli backs fireworks safety

Manchester City’s ‘bad boy’ (and extremely good) footballer Mario Balotelli has been signed up to support fireworks safety in his adopted home town of Manchester. Just the other week some of Mario’s chums set fire to his £3m rented house by attempting to fire fireworks through his bathroom window.

Well they talk about strikers being ‘on fire.’ Actually ‘super Mario’ is set to be one of the stars of the current UK Premier League season and it surely won’t be long before we see him performing in rather bigger budget ads than this (holding up a poster that looks as though it’s been knocked up by the City boot boys).
