What’s going to happen to the global economy? Here’s what the BBC’s Robert Peston thinks

Robert Peston is the BBC’s business editor and the former banking editor of the Financial Times. As such he knows more about the travails of the world’s financial system (aka banks) than just about anyone else.

This is his presentation to BBC staff about the economic outlook.

As we’ve said many times before, economic forecasting is a dodgy business especially in the wonderful world of advertising, marketing and media.

But Pesto knows whereof he speaks so this may be a bit more illuminating than no end of IPA Bellwether reports.
