Retail therapy meets AI fantasy in new Westfield campaign

Shopping centres are still hugely popular, with more than 55 million people visiting Westfield Stratford in East London every year. Shops there have an occupancy rate of 96.2%, unlike the average neglected high street in the UK.

As experiential retail takes off, Westfield is ready to invest heavily in a new campaign across Europe and the US, created by Rosa Paris. CGI, 3D and AI come together to create a Gen Z wonderland on a surreal journey around everything a shopping mall could possibly offer.

Tristan Ehringer, group marketing director, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, said: “This film embodies our vision: creating unique destinations that bring people together around extraordinary experiences. It reflects our ambition to make Westfield a platform for discovery, inspiration, and connection – where everyone can explore new trends, enjoy memorable moments, and share experiences with the people they love.”

Jean-François Sacco, co-founder of Rosa Paris, said: “We wanted to create an offbeat and fantastical world throughout the film – one that makes you feel the emotion, the wonder, and the modernity of the Westfield experience.”

The campaign will roll out across Westfield centres, television, digital, and cinemas.
