Parity Group buys Golden Square for growing digital division to be headed by Andy Law and Mark Andrews

Parity Group, a listed company that supplies software and technology staff to government and industry, has bought leading UK facilities company Golden Square Post-Production for its growing digital division, which will now be headed by two of London’s best-known advertising figures, Andy Law and Mark Andrews.

Law, who will be executive chairman of the division, was a founder of the St Luke’s agency and is currently chairman of consultancy Fearlessly Frank. CEO Andrews, one-time head of TV at CDP and boss of production company Propaganda in Europe, owns the MADE in London film company.

Golden Square will become a key component of the Parity digital division which also includes 3D and augmented reality company Inition and software and systems management company Parity Systems.
