Cravendale’s cats take a walk on the wild side

There’s a new and decidedly bizarre ad from Wieden+Kennedy London for Cravendale ‘epic straws.’ all part of the agency’s spirited attempt to get us to buy Cravendale milk as opposed to any other kind.

This is what they are.

And here’s the ad.

The point being that this is the sinister Bertrum Thumbcat and his pals up to no good again.

Ingenious definitely and it all hangs together although you need to put in a bit of work. Can’t help feeling the ad could do with more than twenty seconds though.

  1. You have to wonder how the lads on Hanbury St. do it. So much brilliant work created, so much beer consumed… And now with the addition of Southern Comfort, and the necessary “taste tests” that will be required to get up to speed, you have to be thankful they have plenty of milk on hand to line the troops stomach’s. Mind you, if things get out of hand, I will make sure “AdScam” makes it known that it’s all Neil Christie’s fault. Sorry Neil… But with the big bucks come the big responsibilities.
