Agency creatives and directors love nothing more than a nod or two (or homage if we must) to films and there’s everything from Steve McQueen’s Bullitt to the Keystone Cops in this opus, ‘Beer Chase,’ from Clemenger BBDO Melbourne for Carlton Draught.
And a big hit it is too, with over a million and a half YouTube hits already including 14,000 likes. The client seems to be entering into the spirit of it all too, stating that beer ads should be funny and inviting watchers to “waste a bit more time” on their Facebook page.
