Best Super Bowl ads compilation is ingenious job application from TV producer Brian Dryfhout

And very useful it is too, seeing all these ads together casts an interesting light on the current preoccupations of creatives (they seem very keen on accidents for a start).

Producer Brian Dryfhout is looking for a job and the guy obviously knows a good ad when he sees one. Standout is still Eminem and Chrysler (the only one of these that doesn’t major on humour) but Pepsi Max, the second Doritos one and Snickers come close for me.
